Return & Refund Policy
At RadhaKripa Fashion, we value our customers above all else. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- For UPI/Online payments, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the transfer.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer one-time free exchanges. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange request.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
